There are many different styles of training that can be utilised. There is not necessarily one style that is better than another. It is dependent upon what your goals is, what your preference is, and what is going to most effectively deliver the results you desire.

“NUTRITION IS A HIGHLY CONTROVERSIAL DECIDEDLY POLARISING SUBJECT. SPARKING EMOTIONALLY FUELLED OPINIONS THAT ARE ON A PAR WITH RELIGION AND POLITICS. AS WITH RELIGION AND POLITICS, DIET PHILOSOPHIES ALSO POSSESS EXTREMISTS”
Just as nutrition is a polarising subject, the most effective training method can be viewed in the same way.
I believe that there are merits to all styles of training, which is why, through my programmes, I actively seek to incorporate a variety of training types. This keeps the training enjoyable and reduces stagnation.
